Hey there! My name is Courtney Hood, I am a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty.  I wanted to take a brief second to touch on my promise to you!

I PROMISE to treat you with the utmost respect.  I will bring you in and treat you like family.  What does that mean you ask?!  That means I will listen.  That means I will be upfront and honest about anything that is coming our way or what we need to do.  We will have those hard discussions and I promise to help navigate you through any rocky waters that may come our way.

I PROMISE to help you with anything you need real estate related.  That means I will give you contacts of any of my local, trusted lenders, closing attorneys, inspectors, punch-list guys, etc.  I have a whole trusted team that I work with that will help get done what needs to be done!
